Guest policy
- Limits – No more than 4 guests (child and adult) per household.
- No drop off – A resident must accompany their guests at all times.
Kids rules
- Diapers – Children under 3 or not yet potty trained must wear a swim diaper and tight-fitting rubber pants.
- Potty breaks – Take regular breaks to prevent accidents that may temporarily shut down the pool.
- Age limits – Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. No drop and go’s.
Leave at home
- Glass of any kind
- Pool loungers, kickboards, fun noodles, footballs, water guns, water balloons, etc.
- Pets
- Cigars, cigarettes, vapes, and other smoking devices
- Valuables or anything you don’t want lost or stolen
- Any type of weapon
- Speakers or boomboxes unless using headphones
Eats and drinks
- Food – bring on the snacks, but not in glass containers
- Keep items at least four feet from water’s edge.
Keep things safe
- No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk.
- Swimming alone can be dangerous – bring a buddy to swim with you.
- No diving – running and horseplay are also not allowed in the pool or surrounding area.
- Rinse off – before heading into the pool, use the outdoor showers to rinse off any oils or lotions.
- Keep gates closed – do not prop gates open and make sure they latch behind you when entering and exiting.
