Any modification to an existing residence within Silverwood, including the installation of a pool, patio cover, front/side/rear landscaping, ramada, gazebo, or any other physical alteration to the appearance of a house or yard, must be approved in advance by the Design Review Committee. In order to minimize redesign efforts, application for additions, modifications or other improvements should be reviewed and approved by the Design Review Committee prior to any submission to the proper city/county agencies for permits.

Applications should be submitted with attachments detailing the intended modification. In order for an application to be reviewed by the Design Review Committee, a picture of the home must be provided.

We'll need a wide angle photo of the front and rear of your house regardless of your requested modification. You may be asked to submit more photos depending on your request.

I understand and acknowledge that the committee has 45 days to respond to a completed application; no work may commence prior to approval and I will be liable for all costs necessary to bring any nonconforming work into compliance.
