New Resident Resources

Just moved in? Welcome home! To help make it easier for you to acclimate to life in your new community, we’ve compiled this list of tasks and resources.

Do this right away

After you’ve moved into the community, be sure to complete these steps. If you’re waiting to close on your home, bookmark this page so you can easily access it post-closing.

1. Register for this website

Once approved, you can view resident-only content on this site. Plus, you'll also start receiving resident-only emails.

2. Request mailbox keys

Once we receive your request, we'll contact you to set up an appointment.

3. Set up ACH to pay your assessments

Set up automatic payments through the Vantaca portal to ensure your assessments are paid on time for the correct amount each time they're due.

Internet

Spectrum is Silverwood’s internet provider. Internet service is billed monthly with your SCA assessment payment.

If you have questions about your service, find your account number and call 877-647-7732.

Then get to know your new community

Design review

If you’re planning to make updates to the exterior of your home, you’ll need approval first. Get the scoop on the design review process and be sure to submit a design review application before work begins on your project.

Community concern form

Help keep your new community in tip-top shape by reporting issues that affect the whole community, like community landscape and compliance. Just fill out the fully online community concern form — you can even upload a photo, if you have one that will help.

Community governance

There are two nonprofit entities in place whose purpose is to maintain the vision and integrity of your community: Silverwood Community Association and Silverwood Master Association.

Community standards

Silverwood has specific community standards on the books to keep your community (and your property value) desirable now and into the future.

Culture of kindness

Kindness is the heart of Silverwood. Read and take the Kindness Pledge, a simple commitment to treating neighbors with respect and care.

Renting out your house?

If you plan to rent your house out to someone else, you or your property management company must fill out the new tenant registration form each time a lease is signed.

Connect with others

Resident directory

Use the resident directory — accessible only when logged in — to connect with your new neighbors.

Resident-led clubs

If you’ve got a passion you’d like to share — music, wine, hiking, etc. — start a club and we’ll help spread the word. It’s a great way to meet your new neighbors.

Event calendar

Neighborhood events are a great way to meet neighbors. Keep an eye on the event calendar and your inbox, then mark your calendar for those that pique your interest.
